The prices and sales conditions of all products offered for sale on Cripp.com.tr are only valid on this site.

Cripp.com.tr reserves the right to change prices, images, features and other information published without prior notice.

Cripp.com.tr is not responsible for pricing and content errors caused by typesetting and system errors. It reserves the right to cancel orders shown with incorrect pricing, scope and features.

Cripp.com.tr reserves the right to cancel the order or contact the order owner to request additional information to ensure transaction security in the event that there is a suspicion of fraud regarding the credit card or other payment instruments subject to the order, as a result of the review it has conducted based on the security criteria it has determined. There is no obligation to share the findings obtained as a result of the security review with the order owner.

The processing date for money transfer/EFT orders is the date the payment reaches our bank accounts, not the date the order was placed.

For money transfer/EFT orders, if the payment is not made within 1 week and the "I made a money transfer/EFT" button is clicked and the transaction is not reported to Cripp.com.tr, the orders will be canceled.

Not all of the hundreds of products offered for sale on Cripp.com.tr are kept in stock. Ordered products are produced when deemed necessary. However, for various reasons, the production of products ordered and not in stock may not be possible. In this case, the person who placed the order is informed via e-mail or telephone and the amount received for the product is refunded to the credit card if the order was placed with a credit card, or to the bank account if the order was placed with a bank transfer/EFT within 1 week.

As a result of the handmade production of the products ordered from Cripp.com.tr, there may be differences in the carat and gram of the products. The rings being adjusted according to the measurements you specify may also cause differences in the gold gram.
